Eduzia (“we”, “our”) operates the eduzia.com marketing website and the Eduzia learning operations application at app.eduzia.com, used by educational institutions, their staff, students, and guardians.

Information we collect

Institute administrators provide institute and user data (names, emails, phone numbers, exam results, fee records, course materials). Students and guardians use the app under their institute’s account. When AI features are enabled, uploaded documents and prompts may be processed to generate exam questions or tutoring responses. Technical logs (IP, device, audit events) support security and support.

How we use data

• Deliver platform features (exams, fees, notifications, certificates, public verify)
• Power optional AI features (exam generation, tutor, at-risk insights) per institute settings
• Process payments via Razorpay or Stripe on behalf of your institute
• Send service emails and in-app notifications configured by the institute
• Improve security, prevent abuse, and comply with law

Sharing

We use subprocessors (cloud hosting, email, payment providers, and AI infrastructure where enabled) under contracts. We do not sell personal data. Institutes control what guardians and students see within their tenant. Public certificate verification exposes only the verification outcome and certificate metadata you choose to publish.

Retention & rights
